How many people will come to the vacate clean?
We are happy to cater for you! If you would like a smaller or larger team, please let us know prior to job commencement. If no preference is provided, the team assigned and their size is based on availability.
Is carpet shampooing or steam cleaning included in the vacate clean?
Unfortunately carpet shampooing and steam cleaning is not included in our vacate cleans. This is a more thorough job which requires a specialist to handle. However we are willing to provide vacuuming and some stain removal of small areas of carpets if requested.
