Booked a last minute vacate clean online, the team did a great job and took a huge stress off my back while moving.
Fantastic cleaning service. I like to do one off cleans and not commit to a regular time. It was easy to book and very well priced. The cleaners who came were delightful and great at their jobs. They were thorough and listened to what I needed done. I highly recommend this service.
The clean was horrible, I wouldn’t waste your money going through this company. They advised they could come back and clean but it’s only for half hour. The only thing cleaned, toilet, and shower screen. The floors weren’t even done. Which they didn’t meet the list of items quoted.After writing this review, I received a call to ask to remove this post. They would provide a free clean to compensate the horrible clean. As I refused to remove the review, as it doesn’t meet the standard requirement on what was original scheduled on the quote I didn’t. A few days later I was charged AGAIN for the reclean for the initial bad service. People DO NOT USE this company, they ask people to take the bad reviews off.
Clean Co was efficient and flexible when booking via SMS, very easy! Claude was here for the day for a deep clean. He worked so hard and we are still enjoying seeing his attention to small, but important details, that you only notice over time. Thanks Claude
Absolutely never again. I cleaned the house prior to arrival so to focus on deeper cleaning tasks. First, they rescheduled on me last minute, at least three times, and were late on the day. They then said that they would still finish at the same time, yet they were pre-paid from the start to finish/hourly. I didn’t assign the whole house to be cleaned, only certain areas like the bathrooms, and tasks in those areas were forgotten and left behind. $360+ for poor communication, late arrival, and a rushed service that left dust, streaks and everything else. Not impressed at all. Never again.
I write this review as an entering tenant of a rental property where the exiting tenants hired and paid Cleaner Co $759 for a move out clean. This according to their cleaning checklist includes EVERYTHING, a deep clean, all the boxes are checked including windows, inside window and door tracks, inside cupboards etc.The photos attached to this review speak louder than words about the quality of work provided to the existing tenants. The initial clean was carried out on 12th February and a return visit was made on 25th February 2024 (some 10 days after their so-called 72 hour rule lapsed). I have no idea if the exiting tenants received their full bond back but I highly doubt it between the behaviour of both Cleaner Co and the real estate agent involved.The second visit to the house was just over two weeks before our lease began. After our lease began I was provided the exiting tenants invoice from Cleaner Co and tasked by the real estate agent to have them return to rectify the poor cleaning carried out both first and second time round.My complaints fell on deaf ears but after persisting via telephone, email and online form submissions I was eventually emailed back by Mae who was completely dismissive, hiding behind their 72 hour rule as per their terms and conditions and claimed that “since 2 and half weeks have passed, then new possible dirt/dust will pile up again. Therefore you must book another clean.” To be clear, the house remained vacant between 25th February and our lease starting and these photos were taken when we were given the keys. Since then Mae has completely ignored my requests to simply come take a look at the level of service her staff are providing (the house is still empty as our belongings are still in the port!)I have 100 photos showing the standard of work Cleaner Co provided and if I had the time to wait on google uploading them I would have, however the small selection attached should hopefully be enough to warn others not to part with their cash or be lured into believing the endless 5* reviews this company have acquired. As other genuine reviewers have pointed out, look harder, these reviews are fake and I agree.Mae – you are a disgraceCleaner Co – you should be ashamed of yourself

The team arrived on time and the job was completed to my satisfaction. One of the team went down with Covid the day before and Cleaner Co. made sure that a full team arrived at my house at the appointed time. I would recommend them to anyone.

5 stars!I had been looking online for a cleaner and found cleanerco. Booked a standard clean for 4 hours online which was super easy. Communication through text which I love! Our cleaner Felia came and mentioned about a possible deep clean for the oven, fridge and inside the kitchen cabinets which I was happy to do. Changed from standard clean to deep clean for an extra $80 and she did such a great job.I would highly recommend cleanerco and Felia! Thanks

Cleaner and Co are excellent – the best cleaning service we have ever had. The place is always immaculate with lovely little touches showing the care from our cleaners. Customer service has always been amazing when we need to change things around.
I recently booked Cleaner Co online as a first-time customer, and the process was quick and simple. On the cleaning day, the team communicated a slight delay due to personal issues, but they still showed up and delivered an exceptional, professional cleaning job. Great service!Booked on Saturday for a clean on Monday morning, they called on Sunday evening to ask if they could change to a slightly later time (no problem, I felt lucky to get someone in at such short notice), cleaner called as they set off to my property, and arrived around 10:30am. Carried out a 3 hour clean and left the place looking great. Will definitely use again in the future.Thanks team.

I scheduled a once-off deep clean to help address the layers of grime and dust that had built up over my pregnancy and new motherhood. Cleaners were punctual and had great attention to detail. I appreciated them prioritising the kitchen and bathroom as the areas that would benefit the most from a professional clean.The only thing I would change next time is to book them for a longer session (I booked by hours not by rooms) as I had underestimated how much time it would take to do a thorough job for each room. So unless you are already experienced with cleaning services, I’d use the “by-room” booking option as that is definitely a more realistic choice for the level of attention to detail you receive.I will definitely be considering a more regular clean service after this, as it really helped this new mum out!

Cleaner Co were very professional throughout the whole process. We hired them for a standard clean and will be using them again next week for a vacate clean. Cleaner was polite, friendly and did a fantastic job!

The cleaners arrived on time and listened and followed some minor instructions for some delicate curtains I had. The house was immaculate after they left and the kitchen cupboards, after 23 years of grime buildup, looked like the day I first moved in again. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Cleaner Co were very friendly and professional. They had good communication when they got caught in peak hour traffic and had to start little later than scheduled, but they stayed later to make up the time. Overall I’m very satisfied and would not only use their service again, but recommend them to others as well.
